（中央社記者葉素萍台北15日電）社會民主黨召集人范雲今天說，年金制度勢必要大刀闊斧進行改革；請國民黨別阻擋，請民進黨別放水，請親民黨不要藉詞拖延，籲選前召開年金國是會議，邀請全民參與各黨大辯論。

社民黨今天指出，年金議題再度淪為兩黨的政治口水戰，國民黨準總統參選人洪秀柱說不要搞階級鬥爭，民進黨總統參選人蔡英文則說，「重新執政後」再來研擬可行的年金改革方案。

范雲批評，這兩位都忘記兩大黨的年金法案，早已躺在立法院2年多毫無進展。立法院應儘速啟動朝野協商，同時於選前召開年金改革國是會議，邀各政黨及全民參與討論。

范雲詢問洪秀柱，如果是真心支持年金改革，是否願意現在就以立法院副院長的身份，推動年金法案儘速展開朝野協商？針對馬政府提出的年金tutorabc 兒美遊戲法案，洪秀柱的立場及看法又是什麼？

范雲並詢問蔡英文，民進黨目前已有年金改革版本，是否願意現在就以主席的身份，要求民進黨團把年金改革當作下會期的優先法案？還是民進黨版的年金法案並不可行？否則為何要等到「重新執政後」再來研議？
